RECIPE 1 - The Baseline

Ingredients 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder (JUICE PLUS VANILLA COMPLETE) 1 to 1.5 cups spinach (big handful 1/4 avocado 3 stalks of celery 4 large or ½ cup frozen strawberries 1/2 cup of water (add a tiny bit more if needed) Topping of Hemp seeds or granola *OPTIONAL: Add  riced cauliflower *OPTIONAL: Add  ½ frozen banana – top with the remaining!

Directions Blend it until creamy Top with remaining 1/2 banana, chia seeds, cacao nibs & hemp seed

RECIPE 2 - The Brazilian

Ingredients 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder (JUICE PLUS VANILLA COMPLETE) 1 to 1.5 cups spinach (big handful 3 stalks of celery 1 acai packet (available in frozen section of whole foods) 1/2 cup of blueberries 1/2 frozen banana 1/2 cup of water  or almond milk (add a tiny bit more if needed) *OPTIONAL: Dash of cinnamon

Directions Blend it until creamy Top with 1/2 banana, chia seeds, cacao nibs & hemp seed

RECIPE 3 - Spirulina Grapefruit

Ingredients 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder (JUICE PLUS VANILLA COMPLETE) 1 teaspoon spirulina powder 1 grapefruit (peeled and sectioned out) 1 teaspoon hemp seeds 1 handful of spinach 1/2 cup of blueberries *OPTIONAL: Add avocado or riced cauliflower another 1/2 banana for more of a bowl consistency!

Directions Blend on high - until smooth! Serve over ice or as is.

RECIPE 4 - CacaoBowl

Ingredients 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder (JUICE PLUS VANILLA COMPLETE) 1 to 1.5 cups spinach (big handful 3 stalks of celery 1 tablespoon cacao powder 1/2 cup of blueberries 1/2 frozen banana 1/2 cup of water or almond milk (add a tiny bit more if needed) 1 Tablespoon of almond butter or sunflower butter *OPTIONAL: Dash of cinnamon (or cayenne if you like the spice)

Directions Blend it until creamy Top with cacao nibs & hemp seed
