FLOW Marathon is a heat building vinyasa flow offering lengthy, challenging, and seamless movement. The 90-minute class will begin with intention setting and move right into sequences that will continue to build on one another for continuous and graceful salutations. No inversions, just flow. Expect to work, sweat and feel your way through this class. The last 15 minutes will consist of deep stretching and a fall breeze savasana for a well-balanced mind+body experience.
